We want you to be 100% satisfied with your RETROPIXL order.  But if there was a problem with it, please read the below guidelines



Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you made your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the exact same condition we sent it. It must be in the original packaging.


NOTE: Any electrical problem inherent to the bad use of the products by our clients, is not covered. (We kindly remind you that, unless specified in the product description, the products on the website are Japanese and use 110 Volts.) 

To initiate your return: Please email us at contact@retropixl.com with the reason for your return/request for refund along with the original order number and full name and email address of the person who purchased it.

Once your request will be reviewed and agreed with, we will contact you with the information for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, regardless of the reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as processing fees (~20% or the purchase price)

It is mandatory to provide RETROPIXL with a tracking number when you ship back the item to us. Depending on your location, we might direct you to a closer distribution center.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as;

Clothes, wearables, and any used/not new product (ratings B and C).


COVID 19 Update: We notify our dear clients that requesting a refund because of the speed reduction of our operation won't be accepted. Unfortunately the reasons due to the slowdown is totally out of our control, and we thank you for your understanding. Since March 2020, we are working hard to reduce delays so our clients can have their orders delivered as soon as possible. But the lack of manpower in shipping companies, the restrictions in volume, and social distancing guidelines make things difficult for online businesses like ours  and we couldn't be held responsible for these very unfortunate circumstances.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
