In the recent months, due to the pandemic and the current state of events in the world, shipping your orders has become more and more challenging. Like other businesses, Retropixl is experiencing some severe delays in shipping time, which is mainly due to the following reasons:


- We are short staffed right now, as there are limitations for the number of people allowed in offices at the same time,

- The decrease in number of carriers being able to fulfill shipments to certain countries due to COVID 19,

- The long backlog that the two reasons above generate for online shopping. 


We usually process orders in ~72 hours, but we currently need anywhere from a week to two. Also, please find below an estimate of timelines to receive your products per continent:

Asia: ~ 3 weeks

Europe: ~ 8 weeks

North America: ~ 6 to 10 weeks

South America: ~ 6 to 10 weeks

Rest of the world: Please contact us.


Because of the inconvenience caused and until this situation ends, we will offer free shipping worldwide to all of our customers regardless of whether it is your first order or not.

We make shipping FREE on your first order with us, regardless of where you are from!

After that, shipping will be free only for customers in the U.S, and Europe. The reason is simply because RetroPixl could work a deal with DHL for these destinations only. Unfortunately, we are not able at the moment to offer the same service to our clients located in other countries, but we are working on it! It all depends on the amount of orders from other regions/countries.


When it comes to customs and fees, every country is different, has different rules etc...  Retropixl expect its customers to know what goes for their country, and how it applies to the product they purchased on the website. Generally speaking, customs don't apply to consoles but accessories, but we've seen this vary from a country to another. As a rule of thumb, customs fees will be taken care of by the buyer. Customs fees don't always apply and it is likely that you won't have to pay any in your country, we'd like to be transparent here with you!

Shipping Method

RETROPIXL works with different carriers depending on what's available, the price, the shipping time.. Based on the situation, we use SF Express, China post, EMS, Japan post... The Shipping Method we choose allows us to have your item(s) delivered to you between 5 and 20 working days. This estimated transit time does not include processing time of 5 business days.


How long will it take?

The question we get asked most often is, "How long does shipping take to receive my order?"

We wish we could give a straight answer, but it's sometimes a little more complicated than that:(

Our shipping times depend on a few different things: the shipping method chosen, your location, and weigh of the item purchased.


Your location

The further west you are, the longer it can take to get to you as we are shipping products either from Shanghai, Hong Kong or Japan. Nevertheless, RETROPIXL ships worldwide! The transit time might be affected by your location. We will confirm a delivery time by email to you the day of shipping.


Tracking Number

RETROPIXL will provide you with a tracking number when the item(s) will be shipped, so you will be able to follow your order.


Customs and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyers responsibility and specific to our clients' country of residence.
