Returns & refund policy
We want you to be happy with your RetroPixl purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
📦 Eligibility for a return

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging must be intact.

Non-returnable items: wearables/apparel, B-Ranked products, and sale items.

Electrical issues caused by incorrect use (e.g., plugging a 110V Japanese product into a 220V outlet without a transformer) are not covered.
🕒 Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
📩 How to request a return

If approved, we’ll send you return shipping instructions.
📦 Return shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, regardless of the reason.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A tracking number is required for all returns — we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Due to the value of many items sold on RetroPixl.com, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

In some cases, we may provide a local return address depending on your location — please inquire when requesting a return.
💰 Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved or denied.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund amounts are reduced by the original shipping fee and a ~10% processing/restocking fee.

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
