Returns & refund policy

We want you to be happy with your RetroPixl purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

📦 Eligibility for a return

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging must be intact.

  • Non-returnable items: wearables/apparel, B-Ranked products, and sale items.

  • Electrical issues caused by incorrect use (e.g., plugging a 110V Japanese product into a 220V outlet without a transformer) are not covered.

🕒 Return window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

📩 How to request a return

Email us at contact@retropixl.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Full name and email used at purchase

  3. Reason for return

If approved, we’ll send you return shipping instructions.

📦 Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, regardless of the reason.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A tracking number is required for all returns — we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

  • Due to the value of many items sold on RetroPixl.com, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • In some cases, we may provide a local return address depending on your location — please inquire when requesting a return.

💰 Refund process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Refund amounts are reduced by the original shipping fee and a ~10% processing/restocking fee.

⏳ Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank.
